WRITING COURSE

       Writing is one of the four skills reading, writing, listening and speaking . there are many kinds of texts types such as shopping list, postcard, birthday card, some emails and stories . There are many different degree of formality, different layouts and different ways of ordering information . Writing also involves using writing subskills such as accuracy, spelling correctly, forming letters correctly and writing legibly . Writing stages are drafting, editing, proofreading and re-drafting . Cohesive devise is the ways of linking a text and put it all together . Also, there are many activities to help learners practice accuracy in writing, for example gap filling, copying, dividing texts into paragraphs, putting punctuation into an an unpunctual texts, labelling and proofreading exercises to correct errors in texts . Personally I have some problems in writing and this issue make me feel that this chapter is very important for me to study and review. some technique is new and some other information I had before but I need to refresh it .
