   Grammar in English has many books , CAMBRIDGE GRAMMAR OF ENGLISH by Ronald Carter and Michael Mccarthy is one of the best in this science , its four chapters book What is grammar ? , What is the Cambridge Grammar of English ? , Grammar and corpus data, and How CGE is organised .its rich book almost 970 pages and comes with CD , its Cambridge international corpus .

What makes this book special is when i studied at college I faced some difficulties regard grammar and tenses , but when I read the book i found it easy to read and simple, you can find a lot of exercises at the end of each unit , and the definitions are short and direct, i studied for five  years and I can say that this book helped me to finish my grammars problem , the idea of the book is that you find any information you require simply and fastly , all the information divided into a separate section , for example when you looking up for a new word you can go directly to the Index at the end of the book and find the meaning there .

Finally, Cambridge Grammar Of English is very useful book for English second language as it is for the native speakers , I advise all my friend to read the book and put it in there stand book and use it to build there language and fix there grammar .
