     The book is interesting and attractive. It is one of the best book in teaching adults with the variety of their nationalities, languages, and understanding the content and the subject itself.

     At the beginning of the chapters, the book tries to let you know learning theory with some of the historical, social, and scientific activities and experiments.

     Then, the book starts to talk about the the adult learning -andragogy-, it speaks and explain how a professional teacher will do and to observe the atmosphere, also with some help of Psychology.

     The book starts to speak about how to teaching adult with practicing, because this thing is going to help them to make sure the knowledge, they get.

     Finally, in the last parts, it continues talking about the progress and success in the workplace, and this thing, is going to affect them well.
