     It is really important to have such recorded videos as long as, we are currently having TKT course preparations. The video is remarkably academic, so it going to be helpful in term of teaching students English Language.

     The video starts speaking about motivational strategies on students and how the teachers should do to apply well. In progress, it is said in the video, that the study and research made with two important elements. One, the study is highly unique, which it is very interesting for the doers. Two, it is basically based on physiological and human behaviour in the class. So, it is completely suitable for the students or the learners in general. 

     The Video also continues talking about the details added and how it is essentially operates with the learners during the class properly. There are many indications show that the students has been influenced by the motivations, such as, participations in the classes, volunteering, responding through doing homework, and many other factors.

     It is added that, there are many factors and elements also influence the learners inside the class. One, the motivation of the teacher, this thing is going will transfer on students. Second, the excitement of the course itself.

     Personal speaking, it strongly important to have such videos in the TKT, because it going to help us very much for enhancing our students knowledge.
