Generating Student Motivation

Generating Student Motivation:

In this book, there is an important thing to makes EFL (English as a Foreign Language) is more interesting to students. In that case, the writer wants to convey the motivation is like pules for the students and without it, there is no life in the class. We have to know the importance of the motivation as it an essence of language teaching because in EFL there is no environment helps the students improve themselves but school. In addition, in the book mention defines motivation as an orientation toward a goal.

According to the definition of the motivation it is very easy to understand how to achieve those goals. But it should be to know what a kind of that motivation is because maybe it will be negative or positive motivation. To generate the motivation inside the class, teachers have to follow many approaches which have many layers of motivation such as finding the teacher's passion, changing the reality and connecting to learning activities.

  1. Hi Nawaf,

That's quite interesting - what sort of approaches do you think the teacher should follow with their passion?
