     This book is completely useful and needed. In my opinion, it is one of the best books in Phonetics. It has a fruitful, easy, and simplified, which attracts the reader for more reading and practising. As long as, it is Phonetics book, so it needs some practice on how the words are pronounced correctly.

     As for the Arabic students, I personally do agree, that they are facing some difficulties in pronunciation especially with sounds, such as, /v/, /f/, /g/, /p/, /b/,/sh/, /ch/ and /j/. Also, it is really noticed, that words, like, (bark) and (park), (bar) and (car).

     In case of agreement with the author, the book was read briefly. The author is somehow reasonable, and convinced through the book. He has classified the book into very small, easy-going, simplified, and tasteful language, so the reader could easily understand the context nicely. But, there are many things are not strangely covered in the text book. Personally, the books belongs to the beginners of the science of the Phonetics.

     Many classmates ought to have a look on this chapter for many important reasons. Firstly, the chapter is widely interesting and attractive. Secondly, we are in need of the Phonetics, so they should revise it openly. Thirdly, we are Arabic teachers, and we should practise the pronunciation with the local British teachers, as long as, we are in the United Kingdom currently. So, it is highly recommended for my classmates to see the chapter.

     Pronunciation activities are very important for us, because it is really important to practise very much. It is really important to do exercises at classes.

    In Phonetic sounds, it is actually helpful, but as it is mentioned up here, it is only for the starters in that needed science.

     Well, the website was seen, and it complete all the ideas of the book in general, and I should look at it again.
