Learners errors and the role of the teacher

Learners Mistakes and Corrections 

Based on these websites I think that mistakes and errors are inevitable from students in producing the language, so as teachers we have to know the deference between them. Our assumption in this point of course that learners will not learn without making mistakes, but we have to correct them and give them the feedback they need to overcome these problems whether by our direct corrections or encouraging them correcting their mistakes by themselves, otherwise they will be fossilization mistakes.

 The best procedure is to let the learners correct their mistakes by themselves first in their speech and writing tasks, with small amount of teacher interfere. The most important thing is for teachers to correct their learners writing mistakes, because they don't have the chance to correct or rephrase what they have written.
