After reading the details and the information from these two websites, I found the website very rich about the types of errors accrue by learners, as a teacher we use to correct the error and continue the lesson, but I found many steps to correct the errors and to give the feedback in positive way .
We must expect learners to do mistakes, therefor we should be prepared to correct there feedback in a good way .
